COVID 19 UPDATE
Further to the recent government announcement and in line with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy/Public Health England guidelines, we are happy to report that the Physiotherapy Centre will remain open as normal throughout the lockdown period.
We continue to adhere to the strict COVID 19 guidelines set out by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
Prior to appointments being offered, all patients will undergo a medical screening questionnaire to assess their health status, clinical need and decide on the appropriate management of their condition.
Anyone attending the clinic for a face-to-face physiotherapy treatment are requested to wear a face mask. The treating physiotherapist will be wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for your appointment.
Appointment times will be staggered to allow patients time to arrive and leave the clinic with minimum exposure to others. There is a strict social distancing policy in place whilst in the clinic.
Patients are asked to come to any face-to-face treatment sessions on their own if at all possible, they should arrive at their allocated time so as to avoid any unnecessary waiting in the clinic or in the waiting room area.
Time has been allowed between treatment sessions for sanitisation of treatment rooms and frequently used areas of the clinic.
Please to phone the clinic on 01253 301118 to discuss your clinical needs. We are here to offer help and advice.
We thank you for your understanding and continued support .
